IIIA PhD student Rocco Ballester has won the best paper award at ACM ICEA 2025 (International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Its Emerging Applications), which took place in Melbourne, Australia. Congratulations, Rocco! The paper was co-authored by Christian Blum, Jesús Cerquides, and Lluis Artiles (Strategic Platform). The award-winning paper is titled Vertical Quantum Federated Learning.
