4 November 2008 - 12:00pm In this talk we will present our first steps on the design of decentralized mechanisms
for coordinating the movements of a multi-agent system situated in a dynamic environment.
A problem example is the coordination of a team of agents in a n-dimensional space where
a collection of resources are dynamically appearing and disappearing. The goal of the
agent team is to detect and exploit all the resources that are risen in the environment. To solve
the problem, we took inspiration from the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) research.
