The European Association for Multi-Agent Systems (EURAMAS) has kindly provided sponsorship in the form of a limited number of grants for students to attend EASSS 2013. The Spanish AI Association (AEPIA) has also kindly provided sponsorship for two grants. These grants will cover the early registration fee.
Students coming from a European institution are eligible to apply for a grant. In the case of the AEPIA grants, you have to be affiliate or become an affiliate at the moment of getting the grant.

In order to apply it is necessary to submit the following documentation:
– A brief CV.
– Some proof of full-time graduate or undergraduate student status (for instance, this can simply be a letter or an email from your supervisor or from your departmental office of graduate or undergraduate studies verifying your status).
– Letter from the supervisor stating why the grant is necessary to allow the student to attend EASSS 2015. It should mention whether the applicant will be receiving travel support from other sources.

All this documentation should be sent (preferably as a zip file of PDF documents) to: mentioning “[EASSS-2015] Grant Request” in the e-mail’s subject.

Priority will be given to those students who we think have greater need for the grants.

Deadline for applications: May 18, 2015
Notification of approval: May 20, 2015

IMPORTANT: If you apply for a grant you have to follow the registration process once it is open and skip the payment step (follow the instructions in the registration form). Later on, if your application is successful, your registration will be automatically confirmed without having to pay the fee. If not, you will still have two weeks before the early registration deadline to proceed with the payment
